MJL are delighted to have secured works with Persimmon Homes on this large development of over 300 units on the outskirts of Falmouth.

The initial MJL order comprises common infrastructure works and Plot works associated with construction of the first 104 units.

There are three large attenuation ponds due to be constructed for dealing with the site surface water strategy and a variety of foundation and retaining wall solutions to be employed in dealing with the demanding topography of the site.

We anticipate an extremely challenging period ahead to deliver the scheme in line with the clients expectations.
