MJL are delighted to have secured work with another new client in Devonshire Homes and are proud to be associated with this exciting new development in St Austell for 190 new houses.

Works have now commenced on the infrastructure works with an anticipated programme for the development of four years.

There are a series of large attenuation tanks, split level houses, deep drainage and baulk excavation works for the MJL site team to focus on, and we look forward to working with Devonshire in delivering a mutually beneficial project for all.
