As the Surveyor you should be aware of all costs relating to all project spend
Responsible for cost changes as a result of new drawings
Liaise with the client to evaluate daywork before an order is raised
Attend management meetings as and when required e.g. internal handover, formal client pre-let meetings

We are recruiting a QA & Site Liaison Administrator
You will be joining the Admin Team at our Head Office in Helston. There is some lifting of boxes involved but in general you will be liaising with our sites throughout the SouthWest to ensure their H & S paperwork is completed and sent in to HO each week. You will also look after and send out the company PPE & mobile phones. Safety Alerts and H&S admin will also be administered by you. The role is also to assist the Office Manager with auditing to maintain our accreditations, along with other general office tasks as required.
